~2007 Cabernet Sauvignon~
A powerful wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s opulent, muscular and complex; with notes of blackberry, dark cherry and cassis. It has finally relaxed and is drinking very nice with a meat dish. Limited inventory remaining

~2008 Cabernet Sauvignon~
Elegance describes this 92% Cab Sauvignon and 8% Cab Franc beautiful wine.  It has grace and complexity with subtle flavors of wild berries and cherry with a lingering mocha finish. Picked and crushed in mid-October just before the rains. Limited inventory remaining

~2009 Cabernet Sauvignon~
An amazing wine with an abundance of structure and complexity that will surely please any palate. Predominately Cabernet Sauvignon, with 8% Cabernet Franc, drives the tannin and upfront fruit flavors. Ripe plum, blackberry and cherry, reminiscent of a stag’s leap appellation wine. Picked and crushed on Sunday October 11, just hours before the heavy rains.

~2010 Cabernet Sauvignon~
Dark, Rich and Balanced describes this wine. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, with a few percent each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.  Adding the Petite Verdot this year gave the wine a really nice rich dark fruit flavor of blackberry, black cherry, plum and licorice. It’s structured is pure and opulent and already drinking wonderfully.  Becoming a new favorite! Picked and crushed on Sunday October 17. We beat the wet weather by just a few hours for the 3rd year in a row.

~2011 Cabernet Sauvignon~
We had a great harvest compared to many and feel blessed with the 2011 fruit we were able to obtain. The wine is elegant and supple with a silky mouth-feel with notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry and plum.  Bottled on August 9, 2013 and will rest waiting for a June 2014 release.  Picked and crushed in October over 4 weeks.

~2012 Cabernet Sauvignon~
The growing season was perfect, the fruit was ideal and the yields were high.  This should be one of the best years since 2001. The wine is resting nicely in barrels waiting for an August 2014 bottling. Picked and crushed on October 7, 14 and 21st.

~2013 Cabernet Sauvignon~
Perfect season, this should be one of the best years in decades and the one to watch. The wine is resting nicely in barrels waiting for an August 2015 bottling. Picked and crushed early, on September 28, 29 and Oct 5.

* Due to our wine's structure and tannins, we recommend decanting the wine 30-60 minutes before consumption.
