Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon



At Ominous Cellars, our wines are made with perfection in mind utilizing Bordeaux-inspired techniques since 2006.  This creates a complex wine with richness, depth and a long finish.

We source our fruit from unique high-quality vineyards predominately in the Oakville and Pritchard Hill appellations in Napa Valley. We use 3 grape varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot to make up the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. During blending, we will select the perfect percentages of these 3 wines to produce the finest blend for the specific year, as each year is unique.

The grapes are hand-picked and sorted. We utilize gravity during 100% of the processing, from crush to bottle (no pumps); this reduces air introduction and potential damage to the fruit and wine. The red wines are aged in 100% French Oak barrels for 22 months and an additional 10 months in the bottle before release.
